These Sunday services will include live Zoom messages from three candidates.  The Search Committee will also conduct the formal interview of the candidates during those same services.

• Please plan to stay after the Sunday service on these days for about an hour.  We will ask you to provide snacks/appetizers/dessert/easily handled food for a quick pick-me-up.  Board President Joanie Spain will then facilitate a discussion to collect your impressions and determine whether you would like to invite the candidate to meet the CommUnity in-person in late Spring/early Summer.  Bring your phone, as we will use a phone app to help gather your opinions.

• For those unable to attend the services where the candidates speak, a link to the recording will be sent, along with a link to a form to collect your impressions.  Your quick attention to providing input is important, as we have a goal to send each candidate a decision about their next steps within 10 business days of their message!

• Candidates the CommUnity wants to advance to the next level – coming in-person to Bloomington to give a Sunday service, teach a workshop, see our city, and meet all of us – will then be planned according to their availability.
